Protection of interests of one of the largest international companies Hyundai Corporation in litigation

Law Firm «Legal Consulting Center» acted as advisor to one of the largest international companies -Hyundai Corporation and represented its interests in litigation initiated by a third party with a goal to prevent foreclosure on the mortgage property in non-judicial procedure, that has been arrested in the framework of the dispute. After considering the complaint, the Court of Appeal quashed the decision of Court of First Instance on securing the claim and withdrew the arrest of the immovable property transferred on mortgage to International Company.
