03.06.2019, the advocate of LF “Legal Consulting Center”, Alexander Prokopets, took part in the court session of the Appeal Court of Chernihiv region and successfully defended the interests of the client. The court took into account the arguments of the defender about numerous violations of criminal procedural law, set out in the appeal petition. According to the results of the court hearing, the verdict of the Bobrovitsky District Court of Chernihiv region was canceled and a new trial was scheduled in the court of first instance.
